【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricalappliancesandmachinesforhouseholdenvironmentandcommercialpurpose,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesandmachinesand480Vforotherappliancesandmachines.Appliancesandmachinesintendedtobeusedbyexpertortrainedusersinshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,andappliancesandmachineswhicharedeclaredtobeforcommercialusebylaypersonsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.AdditionalrequirementsforsuchappliancesaregiveninAnnexZE.Thisstandarddealswiththereasonablyforeseeablehazardspresentedbyappliancesandmachinesthatareencounteredbyallpersons.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccountpersons(includingchildren)whosephysical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;orlackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
