【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthetestingofhomogeneousorganicpolymerfilmsnotover2.4mm(95mils)thickthataretobeusedforelectricalinsulation.Thesetestmethodsarenotnecessarilyapplicabletotestingfilmsincombinationswithacoating,anotherfilm,orwithothertypesofsubstrate,suchasfabricsorpapers.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsarethestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Theproceduresappearinthefollowingsections:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificwarningstatementsee23.1.Note1-ThesetestmethodsaresimilartoIEC60674-2.

【摘要】:ThispartofCISPR16isdesignatedabasicstandard,whichspecifiesthecharacteristicsandperformanceofequipmentforthemeasurementofradiodisturbancevoltages,currentsandfieldsinthefrequencyrange9kHzto18GHz.Inaddition,requirementsarespecifiedforspecializedequipmentfordiscontinuousdisturbancemeasurements.Therequirementsincludethemeasurementofbroadbandandnarrowbandtypesofradiodisturbance.Thereceivertypescoveredincludethefollowing:a)thequasi-peakmeasuringreceiver,b)thepeakmeasuringreceiver,c)theaveragemeasuringreceiver,d)ther.m.s.measuringreceiver.Inadditiontherearespecificationsforspectrumanalyzers,scanningreceiversandaudio-frequencyvoltmeters.Specificationsforancillaryapparatusareincludedfor:artificialmainsnetworks,currentandvoltageprobes,absorbingclamp,antennaandtestsite,couplingunitsforcurrentinjectiononcables,TEMcells,andreverberatingchamber.Therequirementsofthispublicationshallbecompliedwithatallfrequenciesandforalllevelsofradiodisturbancevoltages,currents,powerorfieldstrengthswithintheCISPRindicatingrangeofthemeasuringequipment.MethodsofmeasurementarecoveredinPart2,andfurtherinformationonradiodisturbanceisgiveninPart3ofCISPR16.
