【摘要】:ThispartofISO21072specifiesamethodologyforestablishingquantitativeperformancedataforoilskimmersforrecoveryofoilwithhighviscosity,sotheendusercanobjectivelyjudge,compareandevaluatethedesignandperformanceofdifferentskimmers.Themethodologyappliestotestinginabasinandrequirescontrolofoilpropertiesandoilslickcharacteristics.Themethodisapplicabletoalltypesofskimmerprovidedthattheequipmentdimensionsarewithinthephysicallimitationsofthetestbasin.Thetestprocedureprovidesfull-scaletestresultsfortheunittested,undercontrolledconditions,andforoneormoreclassesofhighlyviscousoil.Attentionisdrawntothecarerequiredwhenapplyingthetestresultstopredictarealisticskimmerperformanceunderfieldconditions.Fordedicated/inbuiltsystemsthetestproceduresoutlinedinthispartofISO21072areonlyapplicabletotheskimmingdeviceassuch,nottheentireskimmingsystem.
