【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationrelatestothesafetyperformancespecificationsforcommerciallymanufacturedfun-kartsintendedforprivateuse,onsuitableoff-roadterrain,byconsumers.1.2Thisspecificationisintendedtoreducehazards,otherthanthoseinherentinthesportoffun-karting,totheusersoffun-kartsduringnormalintendedusebyspecifyingperformancestandardsofmanufacturing.1.3Thisspecificationappliestofun-kartsforprivateuseanddoesnotapplytoconcession,race,home-made,consumer-modifiedfun-karts,fun-kartsthatarepedal-powered,unpoweredfun-karts,orfun-karts,whichareusedforcommercialpurposes.1.4Thisspecificationrecognizesthatthereareoperationalhazardsrelatingtofun-karts,whichoperatorsandpassengersaredeemedtohaveacceptedbytheiruseandoperationofthefun-kartincluding,butnotlimitedto,fallingout,runninginto,through,underoroverobjects,upsettingthefun-kart,generaloperatorrecklessness,pinches,scratches,orbruises,oracombinationthereof.1.5Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverlabeling,maintenance,oruse.Foruseandmaintenance,seeSafetyGuideF1928.
